All sizes displayed in the ordering menu are UK sizes. UK and US shoe sizes are very different, so please check the size conversion and heel-to-toe measurement chart carefully before ordering.

The shoes have a standard-width fit unless a custom fit has been agreed before ordering.

MADE TO MEASURE

These shoes can also be made using your individual foot measurements.

CUSTOM ORDERS

The satin colour and embellishment details can be customised for many wedding colour schemes.

Please contact me if you would like a different flower colour, metallic leaf finish or another adjustment to the design.

HANDMADE TO ORDER

Every pair is individually handmade and embellished in my English studio. The floral decorations are carefully positioned by hand, so very slight variations may occur and make each pair unique.

Please allow approximately 4–10 weeks for your shoes to be created, depending on the time of year.

If your wedding or dress fitting is approaching, contact me before ordering and I will confirm whether your required date is available.

All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

Your shoes will be securely packaged in a luxury shoe box and double-boxed for protection during delivery.
