Whether you have found a design you love, would like to discuss something more personal, or need help with an existing order, I’m always happy to hear from you.

Becci’s Bridal Designs is a small independent business, and every message comes directly to me—the same person who will design, make and carefully package your order.

Before you get in touch

Including a few helpful details means I can give you a much clearer answer the first time:

• The product name or a link to the design you are interested in

• Your wedding or event date

• The country your order will be delivered to

• Your required size, if your enquiry is about shoes or clothing

• Any colours, fabrics, personalisation or changes you have in mind

• Clear inspiration photographs, where relevant

• Your order number, if you have already placed an order

For custom designs, photographs are very welcome. Please remember that inspiration images are used as a starting point; I will create something in my own style rather than directly copying another artist’s work.

When will I hear back?

I usually reply within 2-4 working days. During especially busy periods, replies may take a little longer, but I will always get back to you as soon as I can.

As I work alone and spend much of the day making orders by hand, I am not always able to answer messages immediately. I usually respond in dedicated periods around my making schedule.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you are waiting for a reply, and avoid sending the same message through several different channels, as this can make enquiries harder to track.

Is your wedding date approaching?

If your wedding or event is sooner than the lead time shown on the product page, please contact me before ordering. Include the design, size, delivery country and the date by which you need the item.

I will always be honest about what is achievable. Rush availability depends on the design, current workload and destination, and contacting me does not reserve a production space until an order has been agreed and placed.

Visiting or collecting

Becci’s Bridal Designs is an online business and my studio is not open to the public. Unfortunately, I cannot offer appointments, fittings or order collection from the studio. Orders are delivered using the shipping options available at checkout.
