FINISH AND EMBROIDERY PLACEMENT

This veil has a raw cut edge.

For raw-cut embroidered veils, the tulle is carefully cut by hand around or through the embroidered design. Due to this finishing method, some embroidered areas or threads may end at the cut edge. This is a natural feature of a raw-cut embroidered veil and is not considered a fault.

Due to the handmade nature of this item and the layout of the fabric, the exact placement of embroidery, lace, pearls or other decorative details may vary slightly between veils.

These subtle variations make every handmade veil unique while preserving the overall appearance and character of the design.

Colours can appear differently depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings. If an exact match is important, I recommend ordering a tulle swatch before placing your veil order.

ORDER TIMES

Every veil is individually handmade to order. Standard processing times are generally 4–6 weeks, depending on the design, level of customisation and time of year.

Please pay close attention to the estimated dispatch and delivery dates shown when ordering.

If you require your veil sooner, please contact me before placing your order to check availability. Earlier completion may sometimes be possible but cannot be guaranteed unless agreed in advance.

DELIVERY DETAILS

All orders are carefully packaged and sent using a tracked delivery service.

• UK standard delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48
• International standard delivery: Royal Mail International Tracked
• Delivery upgrades may be available at checkout

Please note that upgrading the delivery service only reduces the postal time after dispatch. It does not shorten the handmade processing time.

International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties or local taxes.

VEIL CARE

Your veil will be carefully folded for delivery and may have light creases when it arrives. Remove it from the box and hang it from the comb or attachment in a clean, dry place, allowing the tulle to relax naturally.

Persistent creases can usually be removed using gentle steam from a safe distance. Do not place an iron directly onto the tulle, lace, embroidery or embellishments.

Keep the veil away from moisture, direct heat, cosmetics, hairspray, pets and rough surfaces that could catch the delicate fabric.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please check the veil length, width, colour, attachment, finish and processing time carefully before ordering.

Personalised, bespoke or custom-sized veils cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Standard non-personalised veils may be returned in accordance with my full returns policy.
