Personalise your wedding shoe soles

Add a beautifully unexpected detail to your bridal shoes with this DIY shoe sole paint kit.

Choose from an extensive selection of colours, including classic bridal shades, something blue, metallic finishes and statement colours. Each kit contains specialist products designed to prepare, colour and protect the soles of your shoes.

The result is a gorgeous flash of colour that can be seen as you walk, dance or lift your dress for photographs.

What your kit includes

One standard kit contains:

• 5ml Professional Preparer & Deglazer
• 5ml sole paint in one colour of your choice
• 5ml Professional Gloss Finisher
• Full application and care instructions

Shoes are not included.

Choosing your colour

Select one of the popular colours from the menu or choose Other – Please State Number at Checkout and enter the three-digit number shown on the colour chart.

Please check the number carefully before placing your order.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and the material or original colour of the shoe sole.

Additional paint colours

You can add extra paint colours to your kit:

• Standard kit – one paint colour
• Kit plus one additional colour – two paint colours
• Kit plus two additional colours – three paint colours

The Preparer & Deglazer and Gloss Finisher can be used with the additional colours included in the same kit.

How to apply your sole paint

1. Ensure the shoe soles are completely clean and dry.
2. Protect the edges of the shoes with masking tape.
3. Apply the Preparer & Deglazer and allow the soles to dry.
4. Apply one thin coat of paint using a small, flat brush.
5. Leave the shoes upright to dry for 24 hours.
6. Apply a second thin coat and allow another 24 hours to dry.
7. Apply one thin coat of Gloss Finisher.
8. Leave the shoes upright for a final 24 hours before wearing.

For the best result, use several thin, even coats rather than one thick coat.

Important care information

The part of the sole that comes into contact with the ground will naturally scratch and wear with use. This is normal and is not considered a fault.

The colour can be touched up when required using the same preparation, painting and finishing process.

We recommend completing the application several days before your wedding to allow every layer to dry fully.
