Please provide the following when ordering:

1. Name, wedding-party title or short wording

2. Vinyl lettering colour

3. Crystal colour

4. Satin ribbon-lace colour

5. Any placement preference, if different from the example photographs

Examples include Bride, Bridesmaid, Maid of Honour, Mrs Smith or a first name. Please check every spelling, capital letter and punctuation mark carefully before submitting your order, as the text will be made exactly as supplied.

If no alternative placement is requested, the wording will be arranged in the established design shown in the product photographs, with short wording on the ribbon and the name or title on the outer side of the trainer where suitable.

• Use the heel-to-toe measurements in the size chart rather than selecting solely from an overseas size conversion

• Measure both feet while standing and use the larger measurement

• If you are between sizes or need fit advice, contact us before ordering

As every foot is different, fit cannot be guaranteed from a usual size alone. Screen colour and monitor settings can also affect how trainer, ribbon and personalisation colours appear.

Handmade to order

These trainers are handmade and personalised to order. Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks before dispatch, depending on the time of year.

If you need them for a particular date, please contact us before ordering to check availability. Please also allow time for delivery and any potential customs delays.

Care

• Protect the trainers from rain, mud and prolonged moisture

• Spot clean the canvas gently with a soft, lightly damp cloth

• Do not machine wash or soak

• Avoid scrubbing the crystals, vinyl lettering or satin ribbons

• Store them in their box away from direct sunlight when not in use

The trainers are designed to be worn, but handmade embellishments should be treated with care.
