Making time and delivery

Please allow approximately 6–10 weeks for your shoes to be created before dispatch. If your wedding or event is sooner, contact us before ordering to check availability.

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. International orders are sent using a tracked service. Delivery times are in addition to the making time and may vary by destination or customs processing.

Care

Velvet is a delicate fabric. Keep the shoes dry, avoid rubbing the surface and store them in their box away from direct sunlight. If needed, gently lift the velvet pile with a clean, soft velvet brush, working in the direction of the nap. Take particular care around the crystal embellishments.
