Making and delivery

These shoes are handmade to order. Processing times usually range from approximately 4–10 weeks depending on the season and design. Please check the estimated dispatch date shown before purchasing, particularly if your wedding or dress fitting is approaching.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery. International orders are sent using a tracked service. Delivery upgrades, where available, can be selected at checkout. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges applied by their country.

Velvet can appear lighter or darker depending on the direction of the pile and the lighting. Colours may also vary slightly between screens. The stars are applied individually, so their exact placement will vary slightly from the photographs and make every pair unique.
