Making time and delivery

These shoes are handmade to order. Processing times range from approximately 4–10 weeks, depending on the time of year and current workload. Please check the estimated dispatch and delivery dates displayed before ordering.

Orders are sent using a tracked service. Standard UK delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48; international orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery upgrades may be available at checkout.

Care

Store the shoes in their box away from direct sunlight and damp conditions. Avoid rubbing the glittered surface or catching the raised metal embellishment against fabric. These are occasion shoes and should not be worn in heavy rain or on surfaces that may damage the heel decoration.
