Sizing

These trainers are listed in UK sizes. Please use the size chart in the product photographs and measure heel to toe before selecting your size. If you are between sizes or need help converting an international size, contact Becci before placing your order.

Production time

Each pair is made to order. Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production, depending on the time of year. If your wedding is approaching sooner, contact Becci before ordering to check availability.

Delivery

Orders are sent using a tracked service. UK orders are normally sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, with delivery upgrades available at checkout. International orders are sent using an international tracked service.

Returns

These trainers are personalised and made especially for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please check your size, spelling and wedding-date details carefully before submitting the order.

Handmade variation

The glitter, pearls and crystals catch the light differently in different settings. As the embellished finish is applied by hand, very small variations in placement are part of the handmade character of each pair.
