Making and delivery

These shoes are handmade to order in England. Processing times are approximately 4–10 weeks, depending on the time of year. Please check the estimated dispatch and delivery dates before ordering and contact me before purchase if you have a fixed event date.

UK orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked48, with delivery upgrades available at checkout. International orders are sent using a tracked service.

Care

Keep the shoes dry and store them in their box away from direct sunlight. Satin is delicate, so avoid contact with rough surfaces, water, perfume and cosmetics. Use a clean, dry, soft cloth to remove loose surface dust without rubbing.
