Production time

These are embellished, handmade-to-order shoes. Please allow approximately 6–10 weeks for your pair to be completed before dispatch. If you need them by a particular date, contact me before ordering so I can confirm availability.

Delivery

All orders are sent using a tracked service. UK orders are normally dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 48, with available upgrades shown at checkout. International orders are sent using an international tracked service. Customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes charged by their country.

Handmade finish and care

Each pair is decorated by hand, so slight variations in embroidery and butterfly placement form part of the individual handmade finish. Store the shoes in their box, keep them dry and avoid rubbing or crushing the dimensional embellishments. Do not machine wash or soak.
