SIZING AND FIT
Sizes are listed in UK sizing, which differs considerably from US sizing. Please check the size conversion and heel-to-toe measurement chart before ordering.
These shoes are a standard width. If you are unsure about the best size or would like to discuss made-to-measure sizing, please contact me before placing your order.
MAKING TIME
These shoes are handmade especially for you. The usual making time is approximately 4–10 weeks, depending on the time of year and current order levels.
If you need your shoes for a particular date, please contact me before ordering so I can confirm availability.
DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched using a tracked service.
UK orders are normally sent with Royal Mail Tracked48, with available upgrades shown at checkout. International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked.
Please allow plenty of time for international delivery and possible customs delays.
