Production and delivery

Please allow approximately 4–10 weeks for your shoes to be handmade, depending on the time of year. If your wedding is sooner, contact Becci before ordering to check availability.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. International orders are sent using a tracked service. Delivery upgrades are available at checkout where offered.

Care

Store the shoes in their box in a cool, dry place. Keep satin away from rain, drinks and damp surfaces. Avoid rubbing the metallic trim and do not soak or machine clean. If needed, gently blot the satin with a clean, dry cloth. Small variations are part of the handmade finish.
