Opening and use

The umbrella opens manually. Open and close it carefully, keeping the fabric and fingers clear of the moving frame.

The fibreglass ribs provide a flexible frame, but the umbrella should still be handled with care in windy conditions. Avoid forcing the canopy or relying on it in strong gusts.

Processing and dispatch

This umbrella is in stock, with dispatch within 2–3 days of purchase. There is no handmade production wait for this item.

Dispatch means the parcel has been handed to the delivery service; it is not the arrival date. Please allow additional time for delivery.

Delivery

All umbrellas are sent via Evri. This differs from the Royal Mail services used for many other items in the shop.

Any delivery estimate is additional to the 2–3 day dispatch window. Please ensure your full delivery address is correct when ordering.

Care and storage

After use, leave the umbrella open in a suitable place until the canopy is fully dry before closing and storing it. Wipe gently with a soft damp cloth when needed; avoid abrasive cleaners and direct heat.

Keep the frame free from obstructions and do not force the opening mechanism. Store in a dry place, away from anything that could bend the shaft or damage the fabric.
