Made-to-order timescale

Please allow approximately 6–10 weeks for your shoes to be handmade. Times may vary during busy periods. If your wedding is sooner, please get in touch before ordering so availability can be checked.

Delivery

All orders are sent using a tracked service. UK standard delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and international orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery upgrades are available at checkout where offered.

Care

Store your shoes in their box away from direct sunlight and moisture. Satin and lace are delicate, so avoid rubbing against rough surfaces and take extra care around jewellery, beading and dress fastenings that could catch the lace. These shoes are intended for occasion wear; avoid wet, uneven or abrasive ground where possible.

Every pair is finished individually by hand. Small variations in lace placement are part of the handmade character of the design.
