Making and delivery

Please allow approximately 4–10 weeks for your handmade shoes to be completed. Each pair is carefully packaged in an eco-conscious luxury shoe box, protected inside an outer shipping box and sent using tracked delivery.

Gel heel protectors and toe inserts are included to help you achieve a comfortable fit.

Care

Store your shoes in their box away from direct sunlight and moisture. The delicate lace should be handled carefully. If required, lightly spot-clean with a soft, dry or barely damp cloth; do not soak or machine wash.
