HANDMADE TO ORDER
Every veil is individually handmade to order in my English studio. Due to the nature of the embroidered fabric, the exact positioning of individual flowers and stems may vary slightly between veils. This makes every finished piece beautifully unique.
Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for your veil to be made. If your wedding is approaching sooner, contact me before ordering and I will confirm whether an earlier completion date is available.
PACKAGING AND DELIVERY
Your veil will be carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and boxed for protection. All orders are dispatched using a tracked delivery service.
CARE
When your veil arrives, carefully remove it from its packaging and allow it to hang so any folds can naturally relax. A handheld steamer may be used carefully from a safe distance. Avoid placing the hot steamer plate directly against the tulle or embroidery.
