Making time and delivery

These shoes are handmade to order. Processing times range from approximately 4–10 weeks, depending on the time of year and current workload. Please check the estimated dispatch and delivery dates shown before ordering.

Orders are sent using a tracked service. Standard UK delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48; international orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery upgrades may be available at checkout.

Care

Store the shoes in their box away from sunlight and moisture. Avoid rubbing the satin or catching the pearl trim against fabric. These are occasion shoes and should not be worn in heavy rain or on surfaces likely to mark the satin.
