Made-to-order timescale

Please allow approximately 6–10 weeks for your shoes to be handmade. Times may vary during busy periods. If your wedding is sooner, please get in touch before ordering so availability can be checked.

Delivery

All orders are sent using a tracked service. UK standard delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and international orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery upgrades are available at checkout where offered.

Care

Store your shoes in their box away from direct sunlight and moisture. Glitter and hand-applied embellishments are delicate, so avoid rubbing against rough surfaces and handle the pearl details with care. These shoes are intended for occasion wear; take extra care on wet, uneven or abrasive ground.
