Production time

Please allow approximately 6–10 weeks for your shoes to be handmade. If your wedding is approaching, contact us before ordering to check availability.

Packaging and delivery

Your shoes include gel heel protectors and toe inserts. They will be carefully packed in an eco-conscious luxury shoe box, double boxed for protection and sent using a tracked delivery service.

UK orders are normally sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, with available delivery upgrades shown at checkout. International orders are sent using a tracked service.

Every pair is handmade, so the precise placement and appearance of individual crystals may vary slightly. Screen settings can also affect how colours appear. Custom, made-to-measure and personalised orders cannot be returned unless faulty, so please check your sizing and selections carefully before ordering.
