Beautifully handmade satin bridal shoes, individually created to order for your special day. Featuring luxury bridal satin sandals with an elegant floral heel embellishment, this elegant style combines a pointed toe, a comfortable 3 inch heel with softly cushioned insoles for additional comfort.

SIZING AND FIT

These shoes are made in UK sizing. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

Made-to-measure sizing is available if you require a more personalised fit. Accurate foot measurements must be provided by following my measuring guide.

If you are unsure about your size, foot width or the suitability of this design, please contact me before ordering.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Customisation is available on most designs and may include different shoe styles, heel heights, colours, ankle straps or decorative details.

Please message me before ordering to discuss your requirements, confirm availability and receive a quotation for any additional work.

ORDER TIMES

Every pair is individually handmade to order. Processing times generally range from 4–10 weeks, depending on the design, level of customisation and time of year.

Please take note of the estimated dispatch and delivery dates shown when ordering.

If you require your shoes sooner, please contact me before placing your order to check availability. Earlier completion may sometimes be possible but cannot be guaranteed unless agreed in advance.

DELIVERY DETAILS

All orders are carefully packaged and sent using a tracked delivery service.

• UK standard delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48
• International standard delivery: Royal Mail International Tracked
• Delivery upgrades may be available at checkout

Please note that upgrading the delivery service only reduces the postal time after dispatch. It does not shorten the handmade processing time.

International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties or local taxes.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please check the size, colour, heel height, processing time and personalisation details carefully before ordering.

Personalised, custom-coloured, bespoke and made-to-measure shoes cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Standard non-personalised shoes may be returned in accordance with my full returns policy.
