Custom sole image

Select Custom Sole Image if you would like your own image added to the soles. After ordering, send a clear, high-resolution image and include your order number. The finished appearance will depend on the shape, resolution and composition of the supplied photograph.

The custom sole option is personalised and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please check your chosen size carefully before ordering.

Made-to-order timescale

Please allow approximately 6–10 weeks for your shoes to be handmade. Times may vary during busy periods. If your wedding is sooner, please get in touch before ordering so availability can be checked.

Delivery

All orders are sent using a tracked service. UK standard delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and international orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery upgrades are available at checkout where offered.

Care

Store the shoes in their box away from direct sunlight and moisture. The satin and raised metal embellishments are delicate, so avoid contact with rough surfaces and handle the vine details carefully. These shoes are intended for occasion wear; take extra care on wet, uneven or abrasive ground.

Every pair is finished individually by hand. Small variations in the positioning of the filigree vines are part of the handmade character of the design.
