Production time

Please allow approximately 6–10 weeks for your shoes to be handmade. If your wedding is approaching, contact us before ordering to check availability.

Packaging and delivery

Your shoes include gel heel protectors and toe inserts. They will be carefully packed in an eco-conscious luxury shoe box, double boxed for protection and sent using a tracked delivery service.

UK orders are normally sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, with available delivery upgrades shown at checkout. International orders are sent using a tracked service.

Each pair is individually handmade, so the precise placement of butterflies, flowers, leaves and crystals may vary slightly. Screen settings can also affect how colours appear. Custom and made-to-measure orders cannot be returned unless faulty, so please check your size and requirements carefully before ordering.
