Crystal wording

This listing should use premium crystal rhinestones unless the stones used for the customer’s pair are verified, branded Swarovski crystals. Avoid using “Swarovski” as a general description for unbranded crystal rhinestones.

Sizing

All sizes are UK sizes. Available sizes are UK 3–9, including half sizes. Please use the heel-to-toe measurement chart and check your chosen base style before ordering, as fit can vary slightly between trainer styles.

Production time

Every pair is customised and embellished by hand. Processing normally takes approximately 4–10 weeks, depending on the design and time of year. Your estimated dispatch date is shown during checkout.

If your wedding is approaching sooner, contact Becci before ordering to check availability. Ordering without prior agreement does not guarantee an earlier dispatch date.

Delivery

Orders are sent using a tracked service. UK orders are normally posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48, with available upgrades shown at checkout. International orders are sent using an international tracked service.

Returns

These shoes are personalised and made specifically for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please check the trainer style, UK size, spelling, date and all colour choices carefully before ordering.

Handmade care

The crystals are securely applied, but embellished footwear should still be treated with care. Avoid soaking, machine washing or scraping the crystal surface. Very small variations in crystal placement are part of the handmade finish.
