Making and delivery

These shoes are handmade to order in England. Processing times are approximately 4–10 weeks, depending on the time of year. Please check the estimated dispatch and delivery dates before ordering and contact me before purchase if you have a fixed event date.

UK orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked48, with delivery upgrades available at checkout. International orders are sent using a tracked service.

Care

Store the shoes and clips in their box away from moisture and direct sunlight. Handle the clips by their metal fastenings rather than pulling the flowers or bead sprays. Satin is delicate, so avoid water, perfume and rough surfaces. Gently remove loose dust with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
