Sizing

All options use UK sizing. Please check the heel-to-toe size chart before ordering; UK sizing differs from US and EU sizing. These shoes are personalised and cannot be exchanged for another size.

Production and delivery

Please allow approximately 4–10 weeks for personalisation and hand embellishment, depending on the time of year. Your estimated dispatch date is shown during checkout. Contact Becci before ordering if your wedding is sooner.

Orders are sent by tracked delivery. UK orders normally use Royal Mail Tracked 48, with available upgrades shown at checkout. The original branded box will be used where possible; if it is damaged, the shoes will be supplied in Becci’s own protective shoe packaging.

Returns

These trainers are personalised and made specifically for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Care

Avoid soaking or machine washing. Gently spot-clean the undecorated areas and avoid rubbing or scraping the lace, pearls, crystals and heel bows.
