Processing and delivery

Please allow approximately 6–10 weeks for your shoes to be handmade. If your wedding is approaching, please contact us before ordering to check availability.

All orders are sent using a tracked service. UK standard delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48, while international orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. Available delivery upgrades are shown at checkout.

Care

Store the shoes in their box away from direct sunlight and moisture. Avoid catching the mesh, embroidery or dimensional butterflies on rough surfaces. Handle the crystal-and-pearl heels carefully and use the supplied heel protectors where suitable.

As each pair is handmade, very slight variations in the placement of embroidery and butterflies may occur and form part of their individual character.
