Personalise the outer sides with your chosen wording and select coordinating colours for the writing, ribbon laces and soles. Add “Bride,” a new surname, wedding date or another short detail to create a pair that is completely personal to your celebration.

Perfect for the ceremony, photographs, reception and dancing, these trainers provide approximately three inches of height without the exposed heel of a traditional bridal shoe.

Examples include Bride, Mrs Taylor, a wedding date or two short complementary phrases.

Please check every name, date and spelling carefully. Your shoes will be created using the information supplied with the order. For a substantially different design or artwork request, please contact me before ordering so I can confirm availability and pricing.

Sizing

• Available in UK sizes 2–7, including the half sizes currently displayed

• Select your normal UK shoe size unless advised otherwise

• The concealed wedge changes the internal shape compared with a flat trainer

• Please use the shoe-size guide and contact me before ordering if you need sizing advice

• Wearing the shoes indoors before the wedding can help you become accustomed to the wedge height, but they must be kept clean and unworn outdoors

Making time

These trainers are handmade to order. Please allow approximately 6–10 weeks before dispatch, depending on the design and time of year. Check the estimated dispatch and delivery dates shown at checkout before ordering.

If your wedding is approaching, contact me before placing your order so I can confirm whether your required date is possible. A shorter turnaround is not guaranteed unless agreed in advance.

Delivery

All orders are sent using a tracked service:

• UK standard delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48

• UK delivery upgrades may be available at checkout

• International orders: Royal Mail International Tracked or the tracked service displayed at checkout

• International customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges, import taxes or duties

Returns and cancellations

These shoes are personalised and handmade specifically for you, so they cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please check your size, wording, colours and date carefully before ordering. The standard 24-hour cancellation period applies.

Care

• Keep the shoes dry and avoid prolonged contact with water

• Store them in their box away from direct sunlight and heat

• Handle glitter, lace panels and ribbon laces gently

• Light surface marks may be carefully dabbed with a barely damp soft cloth; do not soak, scrub or machine wash

• Some minor glitter transfer can naturally occur with a glitter-finished product
