A New Chapter for Becci’s Bridal Designs

A new website, a renewed creative direction and even more beautifully individual designs

After many weeks of planning, designing and carefully bringing everything together, I am so excited to welcome you to the new Becci’s Bridal Designs website.

This is much more than a new look. It marks the beginning of a new chapter for my business—one that places even greater focus on the part of my work I love most: creating beautiful, handmade pieces with personality, imagination and a story of their own.

I wanted the new website to feel calm, elegant and inspiring, while making it much easier to explore the different collections and discover the details behind each design.

The softer colours, spacious pages and larger imagery allow the craftsmanship to take centre stage. Whether you are searching for delicately embellished bridal shoes, a dramatic veil, a beautifully coordinated accessory or something a little less traditional, the new design gives every piece room to tell its own story.

It is also a place where I can share more of the making process—from the first idea and early sketches to the materials, embellishment and finished design.

Returning to the heart of handmade

Becci’s Bridal Designs has always been built around handmade, made-to-order pieces. As the business moves forward, I want to lean even more deeply into that identity.

Rather than trying to offer the same styles found everywhere else, my focus will increasingly be on distinctive designs that feel genuinely special: unexpected colour, intricate embroidery, hand-placed crystals, delicate florals, celestial details, dramatic bows and personal touches chosen for the person who will wear them.

My base shoes are individually made for each order by skilled artisans, before the decorative work is completed by hand in my studio. Lace, pearls, crystals, flowers and other details are selected and applied individually. It is a slower, more thoughtful way of creating—and it means that every finished pair has its own character.

Because each piece is made by people rather than a production line, no two embellished pairs will ever be completely identical. Those tiny differences are part of the beauty of choosing handmade.

I do not want to simply create something that matches a dress. I want to create a piece that feels like it belongs to your story.

From an idea to something completely your own

One of my favourite parts of my work is seeing a design evolve. It might begin with a colour, a piece of lace, a theme, a favourite flower or a bride’s wonderfully imaginative idea. From there, the different elements are brought together until the final shoes feel balanced, beautiful and completely personal.

The new website celebrates this journey more openly. You will see more sketches, close-up details, works in progress and finished designs—not only the final polished photograph, but some of the thought and handwork behind it.

This direction also gives me more freedom to create limited pieces, statement designs and one-of-a-kind ideas that may never be repeated in exactly the same way.

An expanding world of veils

Shoes will always be at the heart of Becci’s Bridal Designs, but the veil collection is becoming an increasingly important part of the business.

The range is growing to include more lengths, silhouettes and finishes, from beautifully simple soft-tulle veils to statement floral embroidery, scattered pearls, shimmering details, dramatic black veils and more unusual colourful designs.

I want brides to be able to find a veil that feels like part of their look—not something added simply because tradition says it should be there. Sometimes that means quiet and understated; sometimes it means romantic flowers, sweeping length or an unforgettable touch of drama.

As the collection develops, there will be more options for brides whose style is romantic, modern, alternative, colourful or wonderfully difficult to place in a box.

Introducing fascinators and occasion pieces

The new website also welcomes a growing collection of fascinators and hats.

These designs open up a new creative world beyond the bride herself. They are ideal for mothers of the bride and groom, wedding guests, race days and other special occasions, with options ranging from elegant and understated to bold, sculptural and full of personality.

Over time, I will be developing more coordinated designs across shoes, fascinators and bags. Choosing pieces that echo the same colours, trims or decorative details makes it possible to create a beautifully considered look without everything feeling overly matched.

This is an especially exciting step for the business, and one that allows me to work with new shapes, textures and colour combinations while keeping the same handcrafted approach.

More than a redesign

This new chapter is not about leaving behind what Becci’s Bridal Designs has always been. It is about becoming more confident in it.

It means making space for slower craftsmanship, original ideas and designs that cannot be found everywhere. It means showing more of the hands, materials and creative decisions behind each finished piece. It also means continuing to expand thoughtfully, with new veils, fascinators and coordinating accessories that sit naturally alongside my handmade shoes.

Most importantly, it means creating for people who want their wedding or occasion pieces to feel personal—not mass-produced, ordinary or chosen simply because they were the closest available match.
